we ask is that before we arrive, please remove breakables and small items from tables and other small furniture that will
be moved by us, as well as all small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc., from the areas to be cleaned. Also, arrange
for pets and children to be away from the area where we are going to be cleaning, if possible!

Step
1 - Pre-Inspection:
Every great
carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. We'll inspect your particular areas of concern as well as
noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. We'll also advise you of what method of cleaning will work better and point
to you any possible permanent staining.
Step 2 - Commercial Pre-Vacuum:
Dry soil is removed thoroughly by a commercial 3 Stage EPA-Approved Turbo Power Vacuum.
Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in any cleaning process.
Step 3 - Furniture Moving:
Light to Medium Furniture like; sofas, chairs and small tables will be
carefully moved. Larger pieces like; beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure, but can
also be moved at a small extra laborcost. Furniture will be placed back protected with disposable Styrofoam blocks and plastic
tabs.

Step 4 - Pre-Conditioning + Pre-Spotting:
All cleanable areas and difficult spots are pre-treated with
a new line of special developed Green Cleaning Carbonated & Residue Free Solutions to increase chances
of soil and spot removal with guaranteed No Stick Residue left and No Reappearing Spots.
Step 5 - Pre-Grooming / Agitation:
Your carpet will be pre-groomed
with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen the soil and reset the fibers.
Step 6 - Deep Soil Extraction & Rinsing
Once the soil has been loosened, the carpet is thoroughly rinsed with a PH-neutralising
solution, using a State of the Art Sanitizing Super Hot (up to 240 Degrease) powerful truck mount extraction system,
or a the New Dry Cleaning Process. All without over wetting, voiding your warranties, or leaving any sticky residue behind,
and best of all, Improving air quality by removing pollens, fungus, dust

Step 7 -Microbial
Sanitizer:
Microban Heavy Duty Hospital Grade Sanitizer is added to
the rinsing solution or sprayed after cleaning, to kill all germs, bacteria, mildew, fungus, virus, or any source of bad odor.

Step 8 -
Post Spot Treatment:
If any spots are not removed during the thorough cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed.
Note: If a spot can be removed, We'll Remove It! If any other company removes a spot we fell
to remove, we'll pay you back the money we've charged to clean that specific area.
Step 9 - Deodorizing Treatment:
Now that it is
all totally cleaned and Sanitized, a good smell of your choice is applied to transform your place into an even more pleasant
living environment.
Step 10 - Post
Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
Step 11 - Speed Dry
High
velocity New Turbo air movers are placed on the carpet to speed dry carpet. (Most Carpet Dries in 1 hr.)

cleaned … 1. Be careful walking
from carpet to hard surfaces. Floors can be slippery. 2. Keep pets and children off of carpet for at least 1 hours, if possible! 3. Remove protective blocks and tabs 24 hours after carpet is cleaned, if you want. 4. Vacuum carpet anytime after the first 24 hours, to improve the
cleaning even more.
